As most of you may know I’ve been keeping track of users experience with their hub upgrade, so support has been on my mind lately. I thought to myself can customers call support if they decided to upgrade their hub during the late hours of the night? I remember seeing their hours but I can’t find it anywhere on the website. Till I found their email response to me when I filled out the web form under “Contact Us”.
