During the recent hub update. You may have see the above notification for the GE Ceiling Fan Control Switch part number #650035
Searching this number at lowes.com currently doesn’t provide any results, where it seems this item number is still being hidden at the moment.
However running an advance search on google.com seems more successful.

I like the pakaging. It looks good.
But curious how the switch works since it appears to be only a two-way switch (on-off) and most fans are 3-speed.
I have several of these. It offers 3 settings, low, medium and high. Magic allows for the fan when turned on to select any of these settings.
This looks to be a 3 position dimmer switch.
The thing is this is not how the fan switch in the fan changes speeds it switches the motor windings.
So I am wondering if this is safe for all fans. Some fans may not start or overheat at low voltage.
I see nothing in the manual about which speed to put you pull chain fan switch on I would suspect high.
Also on basic mode this must have a 3 speed setting and no schedule right?
